From April 17, 2024, the system will no longer send to users “designated stored value account low balance alert” mobile phone text messages. Users who choose to receive messages by email or mobile app will not be affected. Users can log onto the HKeToll website or mobile app to set up the notification channel according to their personal preferences in the “notification setting”.

Suspension Notice for Toll Settlement and Top-up Service at 7-Eleven

Due to system maintenance of 7-Eleven, HKeToll’s toll settlement and top-up service will not be available in 7-Eleven stores from 01:00 a.m. to 05:00 a.m. on 19 April 2024 (Friday). Bank Direct Debit Service Suspension Notice

Due to bank system maintenance, HKeToll’s bank direct debit service will not be available from 03:00 a.m. to 06:45 a.m. on 21 April 2024 (Sunday). HKeToll will process the auto payment transactions generated during this suspension period after the bank system maintenance is completed. Customers can login to their accounts to check the auto payment details after this period. For enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 3853 7333.

Deadline for application for refund of Government Tunnel Toll Tickets set on June 30

As the HKeToll has been implemented at all government tolled tunnels, Government Tunnel Toll Tickets (toll tickets) are no longer accepted for toll payment. The TD once again appeals for holders of toll tickets to visit the TD’s designated outlets to apply for refund on or before June 30, otherwise no refund can be made.

If you have already applied for "Vehicle Tag" but not yet received it, please go to the "HKeToll" webpage and click the shortcut key of "Vehicle Tag Enquiry", simple provide the correct information and address and we will follow up for you. If you need to resend the "Vehicle Tag", no additional charge will be applied.

Pay Tunnel Tolls in Arrears

Upon receipt the notification from the e-contact means as registered with the Transport Department, the registered vehicle owner who has not yet signed up for an HKeToll account should check the toll balance of the vehicle at “HKeToll website or mobile and complete the toll payment in arrears within 14 working days.

Set Up Auto Payment Means

HKeToll users can set up their automatic payment method, such as authorize bank account direct debit, credit card automatic payment or debit from designated stored value account.

Change of E-Contact Means Online

Applicants may make use of the Change of Address Service online (https://www.gov.hk/en/apps/coa.htm) to update the E-Contact Means registered with the Transport Department for receiving electronic messages and one-time password for the HKeToll.

"HKeToll" Free-Flow Tolling Service

It enables motorists to pay tolls remotely using toll tags, without having to stop and queue up at toll booths for payments. It will replace the traditional manual toll booths and Autotoll traffic lanes. Therefore, it provides a smooth driving experience. Upon implementation of FFTS, the toll plaza and all toll booths will be decommissioned and demolished.
