HKeToll Consultation Counters
The HKeToll consultation counters specially set up at designated MTR stations will provide services until January 31.
Starting from February 1, the toll service provider will set up new consultation counters at the four Transport Department Licensing Offices in Admiralty, Cheung Sha Wan, Kwun Tong and Sha Tin to continue assist motorists in need of the services. Motorists can also visit the eight customer service centres and service outlets at Wan Chai, Aberdeen, Prince Edward, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O, Sha Tin Shek Mun, Kwai Fong and Yuen Long, or to call the 24-hour customer service hotline at 3853 7333.
