This credit card autopay setup is for the top-up of your Designated Stored Value Account (DSVA) for the payment of tunnel tolls only and is not applicable to any other HKeToll charges (e.g. surcharges, toll tag fees, etc.). By setting up this credit card autopay, you authorise us to, based on your selected settings, charge all DSVA top-ups of this HKeToll account to the credit card account you have selected with immediate effect until further notice.

You agree to accept full responsibility for any consequences of the existing limit applicable to your selected credit card account being exceeded.

You can (i) edit the balance triggering the auto top-up of your DSVA and the amount of each top-up or (ii) cancel your credit card autopay by selecting “‘Payment Management” and then “Designated Stored Value Account” under your HKeToll account.

Upon closure of DSVA, the balance will only be returned to the DSVA holder.

You can download DSVA’s monthly statement to check the billed amounts against your credit card statement.

The information provided by you will be used by HKeToll to process your application for credit card autopay setup. HKeToll may give the data to other parties authorised by law to receive it. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have a right to request access to and correction of your personal data. Such requests may be made in writing to your Bank and to HKeToll at Room A, 22/F, Tower A, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
