This credit card autopay setup is for the payment of tunnel tolls only and is not applicable to any other HKeToll charges (e.g. surcharges, toll tag fees, etc.). By setting up this credit card autopay, you authorise us to charge all tunnel tolls in connection with this HKeToll account to the credit card account you have selected with immediate effect until further notice.

You agree to accept full responsibility for any consequences of the existing limit applicable to your selected credit card account being exceeded.

You can cancel your credit card autopay by selecting “‘Payment Management” and then “Auto Payment” under your HKeToll account.

You can download the HKeToll monthly statement to check the billed amounts against your credit card statement.

The information provided by you will be used by HKeToll to process your application for credit card autopay setup. HKeToll may give the data to other parties authorised by law to receive it. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have a right to request access to and correction of your personal data. Such requests may be made in writing to your Bank and to HKeToll at Room A, 22/F, Tower A, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
